We apply user-centeric design methodologies, that include ethnographic research, rapid prototyping, usability testing and iterative development to bridge the gap between the current experience with the future experience.
We have a specialized development team that focuses on bringing new technologies to market quickly. In order to rapidly release products, Compass Digital Labs has adapted agile development methodologies. We believe in continuous delivery over time, which allows us to analyze data, incorporate real user feedback and iterate our solutions.
Technology strategy, solution architecture, mobile development, cross-stack solution development and quality assurance are all done in-house.
At Compass Digital Labs, we build all our products and platforms which provides us with user data. The data science team mines data to better understand user needs, comprehend and predict patterns of consumer behavior. Through data, Compass Digital Labs is able to drive growth through personalized and targeted content across channels. The ultimate challenge for the data science team is to integrate data with every part of the business so that data driven decisions become part of the social fabric to achieving business goals.
The digital marketing team leverages customer data to perform segment evaluation to strategically target content and messages to our customers and delivering the right messages when and where they are needed most. The goal is to not just communicate with the customer at various sales touch points but to strategically connect with them throughout their journey with us and to provide customer service at every point of need. We believe this will deepen their relationship with our brands. The team is involved in digital marketing strategy, marketing automation, loyalty initiatives and customer data management.
The technology services team are technologists, analysts and consultants that are responsible to define the people, organizational structure, infrastructure, communications, field marketing and systems required to launch and manage a digital product successfully.
