Boost Mobile Ordering @ San José State University

For mobile food orders, SJSU had been relying on a publicly-available food ordering app already familiar to many, but after some time it became apparent that the app didn’t offer the needed flexibility. Among other challenges, the app couldn’t accommodate rotational menus, and it created unwanted competition between off-campus and on-campus food options.

Dissatisfied, the university looked elsewhere for a digital partner, this time putting the priority on menu flexibility, ease of use and seamless integration with on-campus food operations.

That led them to choose Boost because of its ability to fill the functional and experiential gaps other solutions couldn’t address.
