Thrive Mobile Ordering @ Chevron Houston, Downtown

The Chevron Houston campus consists of two towers downtown, connected by an enclosed ring. Given the large population in the combined 90 floors of office space, long lines during breakfast and lunch were commonplace. The addition of Thrive in December 2019 helped alleviate that pressure for both customers and the Compass associates working in the marketplaces.

A Recipe for Success

  • Thrive launched 13 brands in the app, including major brands like Starbucks, and other more retail-focused items.
  • The site executed the Thrive marketing initiatives, following all best practices.
  • The site leveraged Chevron Building Management communication channels driving increased awareness.
